If Kelly was the love of his life and she even said so in the end then why was she "terrified" when accepting his Christmas gift, which was obviously an engagement ring? Their entire relationship seemed more like a friendship.
shareI agree. She doesn't even show any emotion when he gives her the gift. The relationship was never meant to be. To be honest Chuck was kind of a douche before the accident. He was always going to be dedicated full time to Fedex more then being a husband and father. I really believe that.
