If this show failed and Cordy returned to Buffy, do you think she would've kept the visions or do you think they would've been passed onto someone else?

I think she would lost them as Powers that be storyline was never are part of Buffy.

I wonder If Angel would killed of if it did get cancelled after season one and that might be reason for Cordelia to return to Sunnydale to news to Buffy and gang and then she decides to stay.

I think Wesley would gone back to UK or just stayed in La.

Would Angel have returned too ala Joannie and Chachi when both returned to Happy Days when their proposed spin off did not pan out as expected

My gut feeling says yes. The writers etc would have pretended Dawn never existed (too many cast members) brought Boreanaz and Carpenter back to Sunnydale. And yeah they would have ignored Cordy's visions having ever existed.

I think it more likely Angel would have returned than Cordelia.

Very true....on Buffy Cordelia was little more than a weak 'enemy' ofBuffy's. Since she already had to deal with vampires etc having Cordelia continue to behave like she did post high school would be odd.
