one issue with ditching the end of Season 8
I remember reading in an article shortly after the original run, where they stated that they had Will and Grace separate in their later years because they'd so long had an unhealthily co-dependent relationship, that they felt we as an audience should want them to grow enough to be apart. I can understand that viewpoint. This revival has backtracked that. Though now it looks like they plan to repeat the Season 1 end/Season 2 start plot of them living separately, which also just makes it feel predictable and redundant. Just makes you wonder what they'll do with them romantically. Leo and Vince are no longer viable options (fine on Leo but I loved Vince). But it's unfortunate in a way because I feel like we'd want their next husbands around for us to really know them, and I doubt this goes eight seasons. So are they doomed to being forever single and co-dependent?
