Rob Lowe in the Austin Powers sequels. Ironic since the first movie

Its funny and a weird coincidence that Rob Lowe was in a deleted scene in the first movie as one of the friends of the security guard that got flattened in the first movie.

then in the sequels, Rob Lowe stars as young Number 2

Deleted scene? I thought that scene was in the movie? Maybe, I just remember it from seeing it on YouTube then..

Nope. its a deleted scene of a bachelor party where they find out about the death of the security guard friend. and Rob Lowe is in that deleted scene

Outside of the US, that scene was in the movie. In the US that scene was deleted and only found on the DVD and apparently at the end of the VHS too. If you're from outside of the US, you might be surprised by some of the scenes that were missing from the US release; I know I was.

That must be it. I'm not from the US. Weird that they would delete that scene from the movie.
