There are so many hilarious little things about this movie, yes, including anything with A-Cup. But two scenes really stand out to me.
The scene with Sancho of course, when Joe Young walks into Orbison's office.
Sancho - Oh my God it's Orgazmo!
Joe - I am NOT Orgazmo!
Sancho - I am Sancho...
Also the fight scene with Joe and Jizz Master Zero. I think the audio in that scene is just as funny as the visuals. Because Ron is mumbling something and making noises, then says "Awww s#it!" right before he takes a flying kick to his ceramic face.

Trey Parker is a comedic genius. I'm sure Matt Stone is quite talented too. But I have a feeling that Trey Parker provides the majority of the creative inspiration behind South Park, and the movies they've written and directed.
On that note, I think I may dig out and watch Team America (2004) in the near future.....America! *beep* yeah!!!!
