Goldberg has seemed to be devoid of passion since returning to The View after dealing with illness in March. Only one topic has managed to make perk her up: tax reform.

Whoopi’s checked out of reality thanks to years of drug abuse. Poor hygiene doesn’t help either. Or wearing moldy rags for clothes. Or...
