Although what you are saying is largely true, it would likely be taken more seriously if it were written without all the immature name calling. I realize that they do it too, but that does not make it right.

As mrbean(rightly) pointed out, the name calling does go on, on both sides. I never started out that way. On the old IMDB board I was shocked to be treated like that when I only ventured an opinion. I was immediately called a Rethuglican, Republitard, idiot, moron, etc. And HEAVEN FORBID, a negative comment about Pres. Obama's policies and it was immediately, racist, bigot, hater! And how about foxbot, Faux news fan,etc.
The new President gets ZERO respect. He is still moron, idiot,clown, orange man or #45. If that lack of respect and name calling were given to their hero, #44, their heads would have exploded.Perhaps the posters from IMDB gave up on their juvenile antics.

There are plenty of circle jerk comment sites on the Web for both the Left (best example Huffington Post) and the Right (best example Breitbart). Some prefer those but others actually prefer the sites where both the Left and the Right go to argue. Either way for some reason it becomes a kindergarten classroom.
