Samuel L Jackson Wants A Disney+ Show For Mace Windu: ‘He’s Not Dead!’

Under current Disney writing yes.

Any other time I would say bring it on.

But you know that 2024 Disney will emasculate, embarrass and put him in the corner as a side character to a strong female character with zero personality.

Not that Sammy was allowed to have any personality in the prequels. George fumbled that one and made sure that one of the most charismatic actors in Holywood had zero charisma in his Star Wars movies.

But, that's not as bad as what current Disney will do to this character.

Mace Windu kicked ass. You want to talk about monotone and bad line delivery, look at HAYDEN 'I don't like sand!' CHRISTIANSEN. That was some of the most robotic worst acting ever. SLJ and everyone else in the cast at least put some effort into their performances. His scenes on the Jedi council were great. Windu was badass the movies he was in just weren't great. I mean, Attack of the Clones was just garbage same with Revenge.

Accurate. It was Phantom Menace when I realized unless SLJ is screaming, he cant act. There is the one part in PM where he says "and you think...... its this boy?" lmao, it bothers me to no end.
