Do Anakin and Padme have sex?
Is it implied or can it be inferred that Anakin and Padme have sex or at least get intimate off-screen at some point during the events of Attack of the Clones?

shareWell, they do look like a young couple in love and Padme gives birth to Luke and Leia later so it's more a matter of do they have sex during Attack of the Clones or during Revenge of the Sith. More of a question of when, not yes/no.
shareI think they probably do at some point, though it's probably not until after the arena incident. It's particularly interesting how she kept dressing in sexy, provocative clothes while at the lake retreat on Naboo, and yet kept turning Anakin down all the time. They probably started sleeping together after Geonosis, and they definitely consummated their marriage on their wedding night.
shareYeah, the scene where they are by the fireplace is like she is begging him to get intimate with her, but she still refuses to engage. Perhaps the thought that she is attracted to that “slave boy” from Tattooine came to mind and she could not go through with it.
shareNo. If you listened to the conversation and did your research on Star Wars lore, you would know that she realized such a relationship wouldn't really work, no matter how attracted they were to each other. She knew that Jedi were not allowed to get romantically involved with anyone, as did Anakin. She also had a very busy, demanding job that put her in the public eye. Padmé even warned Anakin that they would be living a lie, one they wouldn't be able to keep hidden forever. She was right, though thankfully only a few people found out about their secret in the next movie.
You're thinking of the scene at the beginning when she brushed off Anakin's flirting with a playful insult, insinuating that he was still an immature little boy, just like the one she knew on Tattooine 10 years prior. Never once did she use the word "slave," nor was class or status on her mind when she thought of that. Padmé is not the type to be snotty about her status in life, and while she actually witnessed Anakin being freed, she never treated him like crap, even before Qui-Gon freed him.
If you watched Episode I, you would have remembered that she was shocked that anyone was still being enslaved anywhere in the Galaxy, and apparently wasn't aware of how the Hutts ran things outside of Republic Space. It was not that Anakin was a slave, but that she was shocked that he would be living in such a system, particularly an underage child.
Highly doubt they did before the Battle of Geonosis. If they did before they were married it was sometime between Anakin getting a new arm and the last scene. Knowing Padme though I doubt they did until after the wedding which would have been between episodes 2 and 3.
