I didn't know this, have always known of both movies and even when watching this for the first time last night thought it was coincidence that Tommy Lee Jones was playing a similar type character. Makes me want to watch 'The Fugitive' again since its been about 15 years since I seen it.
shareI guess it could be termed a "spin off". After having recently watched both, I wish they made a third one to found it out. Maybe a personal danger to Gerard which threatens his world and causes him to go against all his rules, and even become the hunted.
