When they tell the wrong Ryan his brothers are dead. It's a very sad scene at first, but then they try to make it funny. What the fuck were they thinking?
shareHow were they trying to make it funny. Maybe Captain Miller's coldness about it, but that was more to illustrate how machine like he was. If anything it showed the chaos and confusing with the Army during the invasion, especially with guys in the Airborne Divisions, and how disorganized they can be.
