There's so many, but I'd probably have to say M*A*S*H since it's my favorite T.V. show of all time. If I had to pick a second, it would probably be The Office. I've always wondered what it'd be like working in that kind of business environment for a paper company.

I'd also like to mess with Star Trek Voyager, to give Janeway a suggestion that would bring the Voyager home much sooner: in the episode where they are taken back to the Earth of the 1990s, I would tell her to travel 400 light years at sub-light speed (but close enough to light speed that it doesn't take forever in relative time). Thanks to relativistic time compression, the travel would appear to take very little time for people inside the ship, but it would take 400 years for everyone else, thus returning the Voyager to its correct time.
There's also another thing I would do if I was inside Star Trek Voyager, and that is to mess with Tom Paris's holonovel "The Adventures of Captain Proton". I'd turn that from a cheesy show reminiscing of 1950s sci-fi-shows, to a 2000s-style special effects fest that would make George Lucas and Michael Bay green with envy... and would probably give Tom Paris a shock of the same magnitude certain Pleasantville puritans get when they first learn about sex.
Northern Exposure, without a doubt. Cicely, Alaska is the greatest fictional town ever created and the characters are all amazing!
