This movie is a guilty pleasure of mine. It's such an easy and satisfying watch. I sometimes just leave it on in the background.

Just watched the director's cut for the first time, the theatrical is much better. Would never watch the director's cut again.

i like the theatrical cut best. lucy liu was so hot when i first saw it. "payback never gave up" homer simpson

Only 50 haha? I know opinion is personal, but I don't think this can be labeled as guilty pleasure, it's a genuinelly good movie, at least the Theatrical Cut.

I love this movie but never saw the director's cut. What about it makes it the lesser of the two? Should I still give it a go?

this is a real directors cut! the main bad guy is completely changed and the whole 3rd act is completely different as well. haven't seen a cut like this that changed so much from the original.

I wouldnt dare. They give it color and this is part of what I like about the movie. Not worth it.

What's guilty about it? It's a solid film. Not the best film ever made but it's enjoyable and true to itself.

Five or six, at least. Every time I'm staying in a hotel/motel somewhere, it seems like Payback is on TV, and I have to watch it. It's awesome.
