1) why didn't they call his parents and tell them to come get him.
2) where did he sleep.
3) at the end of camp he says see you next year, would they let him come again?
4) was he there when Annie skinny dip??
If this was real camp and this happened he was a lucky kid?

shareI think it was something of a gag in the movie, a sort of background joke. I mean, it makes no sense that his mom would refuse his calls, nor would the camp totally ignore the fact that he was a boy in an all-girls camp, which would be against the rules! I'm guessing his mom was really stupid, didn't want to deal with him that summer, and chose to dump him on the first camp that would accept him, and the owners probably mistook him for a girl based on his name (common mistake with unisex names, if you never see the person face-to-face or ask questions). Why the hell he would come back, I have no idea.
Again, I think he was supposed to be some kind of visual gag to make the camp seem sillier than it actually was.
