CONTRIVED moment, when the dragon gives away the army's position
It was stupid: the army with Mulan (or Ping) in it, with the cannons, are marching through the snowy mountains, and all of a sudden, a cannon is set off by the dragon and he blames it on the cricket, and Mulan's commanding officer is blaming Mulan for revealing their position to the enemy. And then all of the chaos ensues, like the advancing Huns, the cannons, the avalanche, etc.
What made the dragon trigger the cannon? Was it to advance the plot? I've never seen a more hackneyed, contrived and more AWKWARD way to advance the plot in ANY movie, EVER.
