Best line of the series
Arguable, but my personal "best line" of the mini-series was Deke Slayton (Nick Searcy):
"We aren't going to abort the mission because of some bad pudding."

I always liked Conrad saying to Gordon "When the cap com said 'SCE to aux', I didn't know what that was, and YOU were very quiet, I might add..."
One of many, I might add.
From the same episode, "You saved 1968" tears me up every time.

Philo's Law: To learn from your mistakes, you have to realize you're making mistakes.
Yeah. 1968 was a rough year, even for a 13 year-old like me.
That certainly was a poignant line, and the telegram likely actually happened.
1968 is a great episode- one of the best- filled with great lines, like, Anders response to Lovell telling him to take pictures of the earth-
"It'll come up again...!"
That whole mission was so historic, perhaps every word of it should be etched in stone.
"Ultimately the most important tool available to us for predicting the local weather is this window"
The meteorologist is ep 3
Wheels up in thirty
There are just too, too many great lines to pick one.
But since my favorite episode is "That's All There Is", I'll pick one from there.
When Alan Bean says farewell to Dick Gordon before stepping into the LEM, he says, "I sure hope I see you again."
Of course he didn't actually say it. He says he thought it though. That would've been my thought exactly.
