In real life or in the film? I didn't think there were any blacks of any nationality on Titanic. Maybe third class now that I think about it.

Wasn't there a Muslim family shown at one point, with the patriarch arguing over a notice board or something?

Yes. I believe it was either at the beginning, or the end. Maybe even both! :)

Was there? I never noticed.
In reality there was just a single black passenger (Jospeh Laroche), from Haiti.
