Just about any Quentin Tarantino movie has a motherload of dialogue. Especially "Inglourious Basterds" and "Pulp Fiction".

Margot at the Wedding (One of my favorite movies of all time)
Deconstructing Harry
Interiors
Pollock
Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown
Reservoir Dogs/Pulp Fiction/any other Tarantino(opening scene of "Inglorious Basterds" is in my humble opinion the greatest dialogue-driven scene ever made)
Punch-Drunk Love
Scenes from a Marriage (classic Bergman if you are indeed a Bergman fan)

Don't forget the precursor of Mamet's lightning-fast overlapping dialog movies... Howard Hawks' "His Girl Friday" with Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell. Wall to wall incredible, witty dialog and a hilarious movie. In the same vein, there's Hawks' "Bringing Up Baby" with Grant and Katherine Hepburn. Or "Philadelphia Story" with Grant, Hepburn, and Jimmy Stewart.

There is a reason the classics are classics!
