One of my favorite "holiday" movies !

I'm watching it now in north stamford, ten minutes fron New Canaan.

Yes, it's a movie I need to watch every autumn! I just purchased it so that I can be sure it's available to watch every year. Also on my Fall list: Ordinary People, The Paper Chase, Three Colors - Red. If I'm in the mood for something more cheery, I go for Baby Boom and St. Elmo's Fire.

Ordinary People is definitely an Autumn film!
Anyway, its 11/12/21 and I’m starting up my annual viewing of The Ice Storm

I just love the scenes where the daughter and mother are riding their bicycles on a sunny, autumn day through streets lined with leafless trees. I love it when those kinds of days happen in late fall before winter storms hit.
