MASSIVE plot hole

So they are in Christines fake house about 1 hour 24 minutes into the film and they are getting shot at by random masked men outside. Obviously the bullets are real you can see holes being made in the wood and crap getting blown to pieces from the bullets. Seems like he could have easily been killed or seriously injured by this. Also you see them fire at the door lock and bits of wood and chunks go flying leaving massive damage to the door. Then they escape in the car and you can clearly see bullet holes being shot into the car roof and windows as they are driving off? so what the F?

He could have been killed in the sinking cab, by the jump from the roof, at a lot of points in the movie. This movie is not to be believed as is as possible. It's simply to be enjoyed anyway.

Christine explains all of that at the end. She says there were divers in the water, squibs at the apartment, and the CRS guy was supposed to toss him off the roof in anger if he didn’t jump the right way. People do not pay attention.
