Meaning of the white color ? And why eggs?

Why do they wear these white gloves all the time.. and their white shirts never had any blood stains? and peter and paul were very pale (white) and looked really sick.

Someone also noticed Peter washing his white gloved hand in the lake?

And what's about the eggs ? And Peter and Paul keep on talking about food and eating all the time.

The white-clothed "antagonists" talk about food and eating all the time because they represent the white-washed consumers, whose lust for blood and many other things turn them into unwitting or denying, murderous beings, many of the latter type hiding behind their country club facade and and continuing to have fun playing their funny games even if someone gets hurt.

In the Interviews of the remake one of the actors (I think it's the one playing Tom) says that the family is real. They have a past and a future (or at least they think they have a future).
But Peter and Paul (or Beavis and Butthead or Tom and Jerry) aren't real. They have no future, no past. They don't exist beyond the confines of the movie. This is also what is hinted at at the end in the boat scene. The family is real, but Peter and Paul only exist because of us watching the movie - making the audience the real culprit and that is why the movie is so painful to watch.

they wear white b/c they are a blank canvas. tom/jerry, beavis/butthead, etc. they aren't real; they are merely an archetype.

I don’t think they’re going for symbolism so much as evoking responses, maybe even subconscious responses, from the audience.

White is neutral and objective and hints at nothing in regards to the characters’ tastes. Eggs are fragile and require tender care in their handling. The gloves sugggest a high degree of premeditation in their cruel plans.
