Well that's what I thought but it feels out of Place. What kind of diner is this

Lol, that was one of the more random scenes in the show. The hooker was obviously drunk as well.

She wasn't a hooker. She was a drunk on permanent disability. She has been on disability since the age of 17 and at the time of the movie she was pushing 60. The reason for her disability is bi-polar disorder, depression, schizophrenia and autism. She never admits the reason, instead tells the patrons at Belle's that she hurt her back some years ago, but most of them know the truth. She comes into Belle's almost every day, around two or three o' clock and proceeds to get drunk. She is usually wasted by seven, but has been known to stay until midnight some nights. What else is there to do in the middle of the desert? She is very lonely, living with her numerous cats in a little trailer not more than a mile away from the diner, which is convenient because she has no driver's license or vehicle. She has been known to attempt to pick up men passing through, and on one occasion she did manage to bring a man home for the night. Her puking in the bathroom is par the course I'm afraid, and the other patrons know this. That's why the man at the bar told Jeff to check the bathroom, he knew what was happening. She is a bit of a running joke at Belle's Diner.
