smart guy was one of the best shows on disney channel, and they just cancel it. i think they should replace smart guy instead of brandy and mr. whiskers or something. who here agrees?!

I agree that they should put 'Smart Guy' back in its regular timeslot of Mon.-Fri. 5:30. While they're at it, Disney should put 'Boy Meets World' back in front of that. It was hanging on by a thread when they minimized it to showing on Saturday at 7 pm. As of two months ago, they replaced it 'Phil of the Future.' Is that good? If it is, I know it could never replace SG. Hey, DA! You know that SG originally doesn't belong to the Disney Channel, don't you? Bye. Write back.

I agree. Most of the stuff on now sucks. They need to bring back Smart Guy and Flash Forward back and get rid of the crappy cartoons! That's what Toon Disney is for.

Don't you guys remember the jersey and so wierd, I can even remember when they used to show Brotherly Love with the Lawrence Brothers, They actualy had good shows on the air back in the 90's, but know all they show is cartoons, and two hours of reruns and that's so raven (God I hate that show!) And what about the suite life of Zack and Cody! Disney Chanel used to be fricken awesome, now it sucks. ( oh and can someone tell me what Flash Forward is?)
shareYeah, So Weird and Brotherly Love were good too. I think the reason why there are no more shows like the Jersey is because on the jersey, they had an athlete guest star every episode. Now, athletes won't degrade themselves by appearing on such a *beep* network.

sharehell yeah i miss all the old shows, like the jersy, so weird, brotherly love, smart guy, etc. etc. and yeah the disney channel does need a new adjustment. i have a baaaaaad feeling that, due to the fact that kids naturally watch tv more than adults, from what i've seen, Disney is trying to target at a much, much younger audience than me. they have to kick off the Buzz on Maggie, Naturally Sadie, and all of the cartoons(except kim possible). what do they all have in common? bad acting and illogical stories. crap crap crap!

Flash Forward was just an old school show... can't quite remember what it was about but it was great! btw sry for being mad at you lol... i love that's so raven, that's the only show that should stay and some other good ones, but Disney used to be great.

I am 15 years old and I'm a girl but I totally agree with you. I used to love the disney channey with all the cool shows like jet jackson, boy meets world, sister sister, smart guy, and all the other cool stuff. I don't know what possessed the creaters of the disney channel to change those great shows to crappy shows like jake long whatever and brandy and stupid whiskers. I don't know why they are slowing killing that channel or trying to remove the teenage audience away from it, but if that is their intent it is working. I am not and i refuse to stay up past midnight to watch my favorite shows. I mean the little kiddies that want to watch dumb pointless cartoons and stuff have CARTOON NETWORK ans NICKALODEON. I mean now I'm forced to watch the Discovery Channel cause there's nothing better to watch. If this was some evil scheme to get me to watch the news and read...IT IS DEFINITELY WORKING!!!

first of all, nickalodeon has some of the best cartoons, the only ones i watch (just spongebob) and i agree, or if they wont do that, make like a channel with old disney shows or something. like nick does with nick at nite!! expect not in like the 70s and 80s, well some 80s guess, but anyone agree?

I feel old here, lol. I'm 25 and I remember when you had to pay for the Disney Channel, and my favorite shows were The Mickey Mouse Club *hangs head in shame*, Kids Incorporated, and The Torkelsons.
I can catch Boy Meets World on abc family, and I haven't watched Disney in awhile, so I didn't know Smart Guy was gone, which is sad. I do, however, like That's So Raven. So you win some, you lose some.
Disney could make me uber happy is they dug Kids Incorportaed out of their vault.

i remember when i use to have to pay for disney and i did it with pride but i wouldnt pay for that crap anymore. back when i was little they showed good cartoons like gummie bears, talespin, ducktales, and some other good ones. you can still get some of those on toon disney but i liked them better on disney except u cant get ducktales which is the greatest. and they had at late at night vault disney that showed walt disney talkin about stuff back in the day like 40 years ago i liked that and wish they would bring it back then they started showin some other good shows like jett jackson, so weird, smart guy, the jersey, brotherly love, and those original movies that use to come out once a month what happend to those like smart house, that one with the mummy, those other ones that had the lawrence brothers in them there were like 2 or 3 of them. they still show some like brink but they need to show them all. i dont even watch disney anymore and i use to fall asleep to it. im boycotting it until they bring some of the older stuff back and we should write letters to them its worth a shot dont let disney fall in place of nickelodeon and fox/abc family and take all the old good shows away and leave us with crap.

I miss all of the old Disney shows (Smart Guy, The Famous Jett Jackson, The Torkelsons, Brotherly Love, Growing Pains, Boy Meets World, etc.) Does anyone know where to find them? I mean, are there any recorded versions of the show out there to buy? I wish they would put the shows back on the air even at 2 a.m., because my TiVO could tape those. I MISS THEM SO MUCH!!!! I don't think they should replace anything, but work around the tv shows somehow. Or make some of it late night, if they have to. Of course, that would be a disadvantage to some people, so that could end up being a problem. Of course, if they do put it late night, most people can record it or something. For those who can't, I don't know what to tell them.
sharethey have a contracted with all the tv shows on disney. they can only play them for so many years then they gotta take em off the air. and with the disney shows like thats so raven, even stevens ect..they only got 3 years then they stop makin em and after that they take em off air. abc family did play jet jackson for awhile but that didnt last long.
