Where does KOTH rank among your favorite sitcoms?

My three favorite sitcoms are Frasier-Seinfeld-KOTH in that order.

Makes no difference if a show is animated or not.

Love Family guy and American dad and Cheers is certainly in my top 10.

Hulu is the place to be for these shows. They are all on Hulu until Jan 1st when Seinfeld moves to Netflix. Also Bob's burgers and the Cleveland show all those Fox shows.

My son(16) loves that all his favorite cartoons growing up are also on Hulu like Adventure time and Rick and Morty. So Hulu rules right now.

You have to appreciate the value of a great sitcom on a streaming service. I added up the total minutes(5808) of 11 seasons of Frasier and it is equal to 64 full length(90 minute) movies.

King of the hill has 13 seasons. Family guy 18 and American dad 15. Of course an animated show can go forever since nobody gets old, kids do not grow up and nobody leaves.

this show ages like fine wine. it gets better with age

When KOTH premiered back in ‘97 I was devoted to The Simpsons and didn’t want King to be successful. A few years later The Simpsons started their decline and I just quit watching them. In came King of the Hill and I realized just how great it was. Too bad it’s just on Hulu. I don’t need yet another streaming service.

It wouldn't make my list of favourite sitcoms.

Do you work for Hulu? You sure are adamant how great Hulu is for the world XD

Tell Bezos he's a tyrant for me!

But to answer your question, I definitely rank King of the Hill easily in my top 10 of favorite shows of all time! Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia is my number one favorite show.

I like King of the Hill more than I like any of Mcfarlanes shows, because it has real heart and its not some raunchy ant-religion rant with random gags throughout. King of the Hill has decent storylines and great humor throughout without relying on gags.

I recommend you watch "Bless the Harts" since you enjoy King of the Hill

I have Hulu I no longer have prime or Netflix so I speak for what shows they have and they are well worth the $13 a month. All of these services are. Hulu is especially strong in true crime shows that I love.

Hulu is owned by Disney right now. Jeff Bezos is the founder and CEO of Amazon. Are you confused? We buy nothing from Amazon and I do not support streamers on twitch as much because Amazon owns that.

I watch free stuff on sflix all the time. Your site is for downloads which sflix also has. No music though. My site is better geezer.

For example right now I can find a movie on sflix like Lawrence of Arabia and watch it free with no ads and if I want I can download on my pc.

i download every movie i watch so i can always watch it again even if it is banned or taken down by commie big tech

You learn not to be a thief, but you have very limited learning capacity.

You're right, I was thinking of amazon prime not hulu. Disney really is gobbling up everything arent they? I use to think of good animated movies from childhood when I heard the word disney, now I just think of the evil emperor sidious and how they are basically the dark side now.

What is your favorite King of the Hill episode or moment?

Mine is when Dale has to get a job since he cannot work as a pest control tech anymore. Hank picks up Dale in the morning to drive him to work at a new office job.
Dale says "Awh Hank you didnt have to take me to work, I wasnt gonna play hookey on the first day".
Hank responds "Well thats not what you told Bobby".
and Dale goes "Your son is a Liar!...and a Tattle-Tale"!

Hard to name one favorite but "They call it bobby love" was fantastic.

Like real life but to an extreme:

The girl is a foot taller and out of his league.
Peggy acting jealous of her little boy kissing a girl.
Bobby acting typical of a middle school boy in love for the first time.
Connie's jealousy and realizing how much she real likes Bobby.

Bobby falling asleep on the living room floor crying his eyes out with the dog comforting him. And then that epic steak challenge.

Fantastic television!

That was an episode I always remembered, but I didnt know the name of it! That was great and it was true to life. Most people had a first crush relationship that ended poorly. It was great that Bobby let his true self shine and ate that giant steak while being able to spite the vegetarian ex-girlfriend at the same time : )

An episode I had forgotten, but recently watched and loved it was "Dog Dale Afternoon" where Hank, Bill, and Boomhauer steal Dales new riding lawnmower (because Dale is being a jerk with it) and Dale ends up cracking up thinking its a big conspiracy. Hank and the Boys, along with Peggy even send pictures of his lawnmower to Dale with various themes. One had Lee Harvey Oswald riding atop Dales mower xD and the climax of the episode was fantastic! I wont spoil it so people can go rewatch it and see what I mean

In the Top 10, easily.

Hard to say, when the show is good it’s freaking hilarious, however when it’s bad it is really bad.
