I never thought much of her other than being a decent actress but DAMN, shes so HOT in this movie!

This is the only movie she made in her younger years where I thought she was pretty hot. In every other role I just found her cute. She's sex on legs now though!

She actually had breasts and a butt in this one. When she gets too thin, both disappear.

It's too bad that her part wasn't written/acted better... no heat between her and Jake... she mostly seemed tacked on.

There's a scene where she discusses the death penalty with Matthew McConaughey. He's for the death penalty, but she's adamantly against it. She says she's seen two executions. She seems particularly passion about this issue and wants to devote her future career to ending the death penalty.

But (spoilers) she's volunteering to help defend a man who executed two criminals before they could stand trial. How can she be against the death penalty but believe extrajudicial executions are okay?

A movie with Ashley Judd and Sandra Bullock in it......and the only sex is 2 hillbillies forcing themselves on a 10-yr old girl. Personally, I would have written it a whooooole different way.
