Karl stated that Jessie Dixon had messed around with other girls (teenagers, young women who were sexually active?) Karl also states that Jessie was on top of his mother having his way with her. I guess it only paints a picture of Mrs Childer's and doesn't truly clarify whether or not she was a Pedo but I do not believe we were supposed to see her as such.
