After some googling I can across this image supposedly detailing how they made the poster from a photoshoot Drew done. Not sure if it's how the actually made it, but you can see the facial appearance lines up.

That's really interesting. On that first link of the six shots you can see on the final image (with the hand added) they made her top lip a little fuller. Thanks again! π
