First this is probably my favorite modern movie. I've seen it countless times and I never get bored watching Reese's amazing performance. Plus the dialogue is truly original and perfect in every sense.

I'm just curious what other people feel happens to Vanessa after the movie ends. She's absolutely vindicated for Bob's shooting and murder. It was completely justified.

But, what about the cutting of the guard and the murder of that creepy psychologist? I know she had nothing to do with her murder, but she'd still be abetting.

I'm at a loss, I like to think she's 100% vindicated, but I don't know.

What's your thoughts?

Yes, I know it's just a movie, but I loves this picture.

A jury couldn't put Casey Anthony away, yet you all think a jury is going to put away a 17 year old illiterate blonde girl who was caught by police being molested by her stepfather and when trying to get to her grandmother's house (who yes committed a crime by doing so via theft of a car), is picked up by a serial killer, attempts to kill the serial killer that let's face had she have done as she said (turn him into the police), he would've gone free. She is then imprisoned, wrongfully.

Then the lady writes a report calling her a sociopath (Antisocial Personality Disorder) and condemns her to be tried as an adult where she would potentially face a life sentence, decides to escape via violent means because as she knows and it would be made clear to a jury, in all probability, a grave injustice (A life sentence) would occur.

She puts a guy in a trunk who moments prior was totally okay with a minor performing a sexual act for money that he didn't have and takes his car to her grandmother's home who she discovers has been murdered and her corpse was defiled by the serial killer the cops let walk free despite Vanessa's story.

Does anyone actually believe a jury would convict?
