Reese Witherspoon's Best Movie
Well, that's what I think, anyway...
"Election" comes a close second, but for me, this is her best movie...

Bringing Vanessa to life and having her character be likeable took real acting chops.
Plus she was so young when she did this. Amazing!

shareI remember sneaking and watching this movie when I was 11 or 12 on Showtime. We had one of those huge satellites in our backyard that used to pick up all kinds of channels. I would be up in the middle of the night watching so many movies I shouldn't be watching. Anywho I loved this movie as a kid! This was way before burners existed and I was recording on SVHS (super vhs for the kiddies lol).
shareI would say Reese can play a convincing white trash Wal-mart Queen, but she was really too cute to be trailer trash and I didn't really buy her as tough. Now the Pennsatucky (sp) girl on Orange is The New Black owns the role, and the bad teeth and hair help a lot.
