They didn't like death metal too much

Does Mike Judge not like death metal at all? These guys were suppose to be fans of "metal", but they totally trashed bands like Entombed, Cannibal Corpse, and Morbid Angel. The Entombed song ruled! Does Mike Judge just do that to piss "death metal" fans off? I don't think they ever gave positive notes to any death metal video played.

well they weren't wearing death metal t-shirts either. if i remember correctly it was AC/DC and Metallica. and i honestly didnt mind the comments about entombed and cannibal corpse... coz they were hillarious!

i noticed they rip on a lot of bands. they even ripped on metallicas "one", not very badly, but butthead was like "this part sucks it gets better later on" or something. but its bothered me cuz there suppose to like this music but they make fun of it. its not jsut death metal.

Lots of people who are into more mainstream hard rock and heavy metal (Metallica, AC/DC) can't stand death metal. Take a look at the Beavis & Butthead Experience CD, the hardest band on it is maybe Megadeth.

I remember seeing a Morbid Angel video back at that point in time, I think it was when I stayed up late to check out Headbanger's Ball. It was so hilariously awful that it deserved B & BH making fun of it.

haha they don't like anything that comes on unless it kicks butt. But if it kicks but while looking like butt, well then they'll knock it.

There's more than one type of metal, Death Metal is only one sub-genre, get over it.

I know a lot of metalheads that can't stand death metal. Too much of it is a gimmick to out-brutal the next. B and BH just like kick ass music, not gimmicks. Plus Beavis and Butthead are more into the metal you would hear when riding your flaming motorcycle over a tank of robotic sharks that have hand grenades attached to their fins. Death metal is more like sitting around trying to be dark and hardcore but really just whining about your parents.
