How did this movie/television show EVER become popular? This is the ABSOLUTE stupidest thing that I've EVER seen, and I've attended public high school. While watching this show, it was as though I could FEEL my brain get stupider and stupider. I hate everything about this movie and I hope I never have to go through the torture of watching it ever, EVER again!

shareThe more I watch Beavis & Butt-Head, the more I'm enjoying a whole new rejuvenation of the show again. I used to watch the movie every once & awhile, and the series I watched a lot back in the day, but then it just popped in as a suggestion in my YouTube and BAM, and it's a resurgence of this idiocracy, and I love it and love what Mike Judge has done.
It's just so damn stupid, that you can't but help to laugh at it, and if you can't find it funny (like the OP) then there's no hope for you.
It is very dumb indeed and that is why I love it, it takes me away from all the dumb people I have to deal with in life and helps me laugh it off. The funniest part is that there are a few people in the world who look and act similar to these clowns. It makes me think of the stories I read about online about some of these 17, 18 & 19 year olds who get caught committing some crimes. You see there mugshots and think hmmm did they grow up similar to Beavis and Butthead and then right when they are becoming adults go out and make some stupid decisions? The world is full of them

I can watch old episodes and enjoy them but I also grew up with the show so my enjoyment is more about having loved the show rather than the show being great.
This is still better than "How I Met Your Mother"

Those shows aren't even in the same league as Beavis and Butt-Head at its best. "Edgy" has nothing to do with it; the funniest parts of B&B weren't "edgy" at all.
