Why does he say the coffee is sh!t but still happily drink it?

Why not just say it was OK or nothing special like that - if I rated any food or drink that low in a police station or otherwise, I don't think I would accept it and I will just say get me water.

To a lot of people, bad coffee is better than no coffee. Look at all the coffee that's sold at little stores with a glass bot of coffee burning away on a heating pad all day.

i say the same thing sometimes. i say the coffee stinks but i drink it all the same.
