Her work on Lost Girl proved it to me.
Chole Grace Mortez (Kick-aAs / Carrie etc) might be a good young actress to pull it off although might need a few more years to pull off TG. I could almost see Anna Farris or Allison Flannagan pulling it off but they would have to ditch their Scary (Date) Movie / House Bunny / American Pie / dumb yet cute and innocent personas and put an edge on it. To me Lori Petty would be hard to top. She had the right attitude / crazy / comedic timing etc....
Pretty much everyone else on this list is too old (jenny mccarthy or fairuza balk) or not talented enough (Kristian Stewart really???)
Lucy Boynton (who portrayed Raphina in "Sing Street") would be an awesome Tank Girl! I could imagine seeing her kick millions of asses!
