Its available on YouTube.
Albeit in far from perfect quality (but then again, what did you expect, HD?) and in heavy RUSSIAN DUBBED VOICEOVER throughout.

But this rare almost forgotten 1990s direct to video psychological police thriller (NOT to be confused with "To Die For" (1995 also) with Nicole Kidman) is these days online in its original English language almost NEVER to be seen, and most people don't have video cassette players and would not want to, understandably, shell out over $50 for obscure DVD-R copies or paid downloads.
And yes I have spoken about this movie a lot. And yes in "one particular scene" it LITERALLY made me cry, I even reviewed this movie on YouTube myself and got one other guy to also review it.
So maybe still see it that way, if you're Russian - you're in heaven then, lol. And if you listen carefully you might still decipher some English language dialogue from it.
P.S. All 9 comments there on YouTube in Russian WERE made by me.
