im taking a poll........it takes two or parent trap?

It Takes Two by FAR! Parent trap was OKAY but The Olsen twins ROCKED the screen!

Where everything seems possible and nothing is what it seems-Labyrinth

it takes 2 blows that parent trap claptrap right outta the water!

The remade Parent Trap. The settings are just a lot more beautiful and young LL's acting is muuuch better than the Olsens' scripted feel. Plus the two identical strangers and falling in love over the course of a few days parts just aren't believable.

And the chance that two separated twins happen to be sent to the same summer camps that is thousands of miles for each of their homes is believable?

it takes two was not very original, it was simply a reworking of the german novel from the last 40's, but because someone already owned the rights to the novel *disney, becuase the parent trap movies were based on the book* then they could not legally do the book so they just lifted the basic concept, and cut it up. hardly creative.

I prefer the original parent trap, lindsey lohen isent that good anyways, but haley milles was great at playing two characters, and its better when it was more technically challanging without computers to pull that off on screen.

It takes two...parent trap was good though

I think I prefer The Parent Trap, but It Takes Two was pretty awesome too. Aww I haven't seen this movie in so long. I remember it was one of my favorites growing up

Both really! Though I would say that It Takes Two had weaker cast chemistry. I felt that Kristie Alley held the movie together.

In the Parent Trap you can see that the cast was stronger and more chemistry. The settings were more elegant and ideal.
