shareYeah, back in the day children actually loved bad words, moderate violence, monsters, and moderate horror, which is why I spent my childhood sneaking out of bed to watch "Creature Features".
Now the namby-pamby adults have won, children are dangerously sheltered and indulged, their entertainment is all sickly sweet, and the result is that the kids raised like this all have panic attacks at the slightest sniff of reality.
80s and 90s kids were much tougher than the kids we have today.
