Seven of Nine was a Borg. The Borg don't eat or poop. (They are robots --- humanoid robots) They don't sleep either. They regenerate.
Yes that is true but Seven of Nine is an exception. She had to start taking edible nutrients like any human once her Borg implants were removed and she started to become more human. They had a scene where Nelix had to teach her how to eat for "comic relief" mostly. Which I wasn't buying becuase with 7 of 9's extensive knowlege on most things I wouldn't think she'd need to be instructed on how to eat food.
