Most disturbing moment? Mine would be... (spoiler)
...the end of 'Déjà Vu', where Ronny Cox's villainous colonel is caught in an infinite loop, screaming as he dies over and over and over again.
What's yours?

That is a disturbing moment.
Another one is at the end of “Patient Zero” when the man assigned to assassinate patient zero finds out he is actually the person who will carry the virus.
The end of “The Quality of Mercy” is also disturbing. Major Stokes thinks he is giving the cadet a reason to not give up hope. But he finds out that he has revealed military secrets to her and she is the enemy. Very shocking.
Wow, two great choices there. Michael Rooker was sublime in 'Patient', as was Tanya Allen.
'Mercy' is one of the near-perfect episodes in the series. The sequel, 'The Light Brigade', has a disturbing reveal in its own right...
