Why do most people dislike Seasons 7-10 (2002-2005) so much?

I've been thinking about this ever since Nickelodeon relunched All That last year? I mean, this isn't the first time that they brought All That back with an entirely new cast. I don't know how people feel about the latest incarnation of All That, but just about everywhere I look (such as on the old Jump the Shark website or IMDb forums) somebody has written off the 2002-05 run. I never got a clear, objective argument (I'm still waiting for the Nick Knacks episode on All That, but that's still a long time away since they haven't even gotten to the '90s yet) for why so many people were down on these episodes.

I am old enough to remember when the first relaunch of All That was originally on the air. Maybe because it had already been a long time since I got a chance to see the "golden age" episodes (from 1994-2000) and they weren't readily available to me, that I didn't really have precedent for what I felt that I wanted to see from All That.

Would people have given the 2002-05 run a better chance had they not completely started from scratch (a la Season 6 of SNL from 1980)? Like maybe if they could, they could've had a couple of the castmates from Season 6 (I'm willing to be that Amanda Bynes and Josh Server would've been gone either way) stood around to help make the transition go smoother.

I do think that there were a few truly good things to take out of this era of All That. I'm probably in agreement with most people in saying that Lisa Foiles was the standout during this era. She among anybody else was the most versatile and naturally charismatic, and really "got it" terms of sketch comedy.
