First Juno shows Harry around almost everywhere in her facility. Not too bad, but she could’ve been more careful.
But then they try to kill him for no reason. He had no evidence against them. All they had to do was ignore him. Chasing and trying to kill him just exposed them more.
Then they captured Harry and Helen and bring them in only to show them their nukes and reveal their plans. Again, why? What does this accomplish? They could’ve carried out their plans without them. Heck, they were not even looking for them. Harry was just staging a spy thriller for his wife.
It was a fun movie, but the villains actions made no sense.

Nothing illegal was on her site, so that is not a problem.

They don't need evidence, like Harry said they had been breaking laws 20 times a day, and they will keep increasing surveillance. Killing Harry is merely a way to see whether they have been exposed, which they have.
But I agree it was a bit weak, they can't just kill everyone came through the door.

The plot is they need Harry to testify to US government as a military expert.
What I had problem with was Juno's continuous involvement, she was clearly in it for the money, she was paid for smuggling, once the weapon was delivered that should be the end of her involvement. She should not even be there to witness the delivery, that would give her deniability if things went south.

They didn’t need to kill Harry to find out if they were exposed. Plus, they knew Harry didn’t see anything illegal.
Honestly the entire movie was pretty dumb and nonsensical. I get that it was meant to be a bit of a tongue in cheek action comedy but having watched it recently for the first time in years, I was surprised by how truly silly it was. It feels like it's trying to be an action film parody in a way that frankly I think Last Action Hero did better. While not a "bad" movie per se, I'd definitely say it has to be James Cameron's weakest & least ambitious film by a pretty wide margin.
I disagree. Avatar is James Cameron's weakest film. It was just meh. I don't get the Golden Globes giving it best picture or the Oscars nominating it for best picture. I refused to see the newest one. It's a shame he is wasting his money and talents on junk like that.
Yeah I agree, if they killed Harry at the mall that would only mean the Feds would investigate them even more. Also I don’t see how killing Harry would accomplish anything, the Feds would certainly know everything Harry knows.
