I like Schwarzenegger's movies but his movie posters tend to just feature him on the cover and nothing else. It's not very creative. Now this is one of my favorites.

Well, you could read into it as a hint to what really happens in the movie.
Clues:
1 true lies. He lies. He hides his true identity...and sexual orientation.
2 his wife complains he has no interest whether she fucks the plumber or not. And is very dissatisfied. Clearly there is no sex.
He probably had to push himself to fuck her once to get her pregnant and get his cover up of family man.
3 his wife has a man face.
4 his partner is clearly also gay and is almost relieved to learn about his wife's affair -because they have been having their own affair.
