The last movie with minorities as the bad guys?

I think every movie since has been white guys if I'm not mistaken?

What "minorities"? The bad guys aren't even Americans in this movie so how can they be a minority? A minority where?

Here are some movies made after True Lies that feature people of color as the bad guys. Most of these examples also have POC bad guys squaring off against white protagonists, though not all.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 - Electro is played by Jaimie Foxx
Bad Boys 3 & 4 - Multiple black and latino villains in both movies
Baywatch 2017 - A Pakastani actress plays the lead villain
Bones - Snoop Dogg plays the titular serial killer
Candyman 2019 - A black man is an evil mystical murderer
Escape From LA - Cuervo Jones is a maniacal gangster and warlord who rapes and kidnaps people
Hostiles - Native Americans are the main villains and brutally slaughter several innocent adults and children
Jackie Brown - Samuel L Jackson plays a psychopathic arms dealer who murders several people in cold blood
Lethal Weapon 4 - Jet Li plays a Chinese smuggler and lead bad guy
Megalopolis - Giancarlo Esposito plays the corrupt dictator-like leader of a majority-white city
Terminator: Dark Fate - The two terminators are Hispanic and Asian.

Those are just off the top of my head.
