How intelligent is Kerry Fox' "Juliet" character in your opinion?

And what do you think of her being a doctor in this movie and not say a nurse or a healthcare assistant (do you think she worked as either)?

And also... Has she only started working as a doctor? Why otherwise is she sharing a flat and not say owning one (doctors for one in UK get paid a lot), and do you think that there is a significance of her being a doctor here within the context of the movie's overall plot, theme and storyline, cheers.

P.S. And does she really know a lot about DISEASES as she claimed to that detective?

I don’t think she was unintelligent. But as the movie goes on, she displayed a unique character flaw that fueled her greed.
Same as her flatmates. Ewan McGregor was ultimately motivated by lust and Christopher Eccleston was ruled by wrath.
Now Kerry Fox’s character flaw was her pride. She was smart but not that smart. As she discovered to her horror by the end of the movie.
