I like chubby Baldwin, but it's really hard to imagine him and his younger self as the same person. They look like entirely different people.

He looks like my dad before and after.

However, he was very good in this and I loved so many things about this movie.

I will watch him in anything. It's too bad he seems so unhappy.

We all get old and fat eventually. It'll happen to you too.

Unless you go the old and sickly thin route. That's always an option but it doesn't make you healthy.

Interestingly enough, they originally wanted Mickey Rourke for the role.

That would have been a VERY interesting choice for this film. But I think by then Rourke had already started the process of ruining his good looks with facial cosmetic surgery.

But by comparison, Baldwin definitely aged better than Rourke, even despite being a fat turd. Nevertheless, I still wish we could have seen the alternate timeline where Rourke was The Shadow.
