What was Roger Ebert thinking...

...when he voted this the absolute worse film of '94?!! He uses the word "hated" over and over in his review. It's a children's film for crying out loud! I really don't find anything offensive about it. If I had kids, I'd much rather they watch this than a lot of other trash out there. Of course, he calls the vile, repulsive "Natural Born Killers" which came out the same year a "masterpiece."

I think eberts full of *beep* alot of the time, like his batman reviews for example. however i agree with him on this. this movie sucks.

I agree, I've never seen natural born killers though. It is a good kid's film. Yes, he's a fat ignorant bastard w no taste. He only does the best, and even then he trashes them!

You seem like a very boring and dull person.

I find it hard to believe that this was the absolute worst film of 1994...if I had a list of every film released in '94, I'm pretty sure I could find a film that was worse than this one.

Both Ebert and Siskel seem to be referring to an apparent thread of political un-correctness throughout the movie. But they didn't say it was boring. That's the major thing to many viewers, more than if a movie is PC or if the gags work.

This movie was not boring. In fact the emotional reaction of Siskel and Ebert shows that it might be fascinating to watch, even for the spectacle of its own absurdity.

Natural Born Killers was one of the year's best films. This film sucked so bad they should burn every damn copy of it in existence! The idea was terrible. In fact, an irony with me is that this film opened the day before my father died of cancer.
