Or was the green colour all in Harrelson's drug-induced imagination?

Do such pharmacies with such extraordinarily strong fluorescent green lighting across all sections of it even exist anywhere, let alone in 1994?

If I was in charge, I probably would make it green like that, but then again...

good question, I've always wondered this but think it's probably another visual effect the film uses to make you feel crazy and high lol
