What other Australian movie that you have enjoyed or is your favourite apart from this one?

Muriel, IMO, is the best Australian film by a long shot. In terms of comedy/drama I'd have to say other very good ones are;

Looking For Alibrandi
The Rage In Placid Lake
Look Both Ways

as well as PJ Hogan's recent Mental, which seemed highly under appreciated.
