I thought it was very brave to address it, but it could've been braver. Since the animals are like people in the movie, they could've addressed how it feels to have no choice but to kill other people long before their time, while they're begging for their lives, likely often in front of their friends and family.

shareThe same way we treat some animals like humans (e.g. dogs) and mercilessly slaughter others (e.g. cows). Even if you are a vegan, countless animals have to die for your plant-based food to reach your plate: mice, birds, reptiles etc. Evolution's a bitch, there's nothing we can do about it.
