Brandon's death as tragic as his father's

Really is such an unbelievable tragedy that both father and son died on the threshold of seeing their dreams finally fulfilled !

reply

Yeah both deaths were very strange.

reply

Makes you wonder if indeed there was foul play in one or both ?

Personally i don't think so but you just never know !

reply

R.I.P.
gone so soon.

With "The Crow", the prop master was sent home so they could save money. The assistant prop master, Daniel Kuttner, was then left in charge. They ran out of dummy bullets, so they got real bullets & took the tips off. The gun wasn't cleaned properly after the crew had been shooting off with them before. As a result, Daniel never worked on a set again.

After Brandon's passing, actors were no longer allowed to point guns directly at others on sets & directors had to find ways to film around this, to make it look like actual shootings.

Did Brandon himself have any children?

reply

Yes, he has a daughter.

reply

Ok thanks that’s lovely. Let’s all just hope she doesn’t suffer the same fate.

reply

Bruce Lee's daughter is still alive as well, so there's that.

reply

No he did not have any children. The other poster is wrong.

I was kind of taken a back to learn that Brandon would've turned 60 years old this year (his birthday is February 1, 1965). That's one thing that makes his premature death so tragic, is that he had so much more to give and offer. It also hits me to know that he has now been gone longer (32 years) than he was alive (Brandon was only 28 years old when he died).
