Did anyone else think that it was awesome how a food stand could offer different kinds of food? If I recall correctly, they had pretty much everything from pizza to fish! Are there many food stands like this one in Hong-Kong or around the world? I'm sure they require a lot of skill, given that they have to know how to make different kinds of food!

Not only in hk as you can find it in morocco, taiwan, south east asia, spain, the middle east and many other. Modren day business practice has phased it out - in the name of progress (or is it backwards). You can have discount, credit, any size of dish or many variations how you want the dish done - speaking of ultimate customer experience, these people didn't get a harvard degree or been to int'l culinary center. I missed them but it's now rare in hk.

shareI wondered how much of that was the translation. Does this place really serve Chef's Salad wrapped in foil in the shape of a burrito? Everything seemed to come in that same shape! I assumed that salad, pizza & hot dogs were americanizations for the subtitles and not a direct translation.
